 Pain is a way of life. All living and growing thing experiences it through out it's existence, and specially for humans it's a sign of being alive. But pain isn't all pleasant, hasn't been and won't be.

We live through pain and grow through pain, we're pain and pain is us. Birth is pain,hard work is pain,love accommodates pain,family embodies pain, there's no venture of life that pain doesn't sit comfortably.

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, if you walk through your version of pain and come out,you become more resistant to some other types of pain. Pain teaches,pain breaks,pain forms,pain is painful, pain builds armies, pain rejuvenates. 

Learn to be comfortable with pain.
